Hey, guys,

Our website programmer let me know that there was a brief glitch in the voting software yesterday. Those who voted between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time, please note: You may need to vote again.

We are currently working on enabling your access to "re-vote" and that should be going in shortly. If you were one who voted in the timeframe mentioned above, try to vote again. If your vote is rejected, then your initial vote is fine. If you vote is accepted, then your new vote is on record, and you're fine.

We're sorry about this glitch, and hope that you'll take the time to verify that your vote is registered. Please do not attempt this until 8:00 p.m. Pacific (which is 45 minutes from the time I am posting).

Is the e-mail verification of accounts also borked? I can't seem to get that e-mail. And yes, it's not in my spam.

If you would like confirmation, you can go to the registration page and click an option that says something like, "Resend confirmation email." If you have tried that and are not receiving it, well, I don't know what to say. All appears to be working well from here, and the only instances we know of were during a brief period and were corrected yesterday.

If you registered when it first came out, you'll have to hit the Resend Email option.

Hmmm, mines totaly Broke, as its says I Voted for a blank team to come in no.1 and no other spots, theres only no.1 spot

I sent another confirmation email but it didnt help and i can't seem to edit my selection.

That's an odd one. Might want to write [email protected] and check on that.

For the others, All systems are go! If you voted yesterday afternoon or early evening, please check and see if you can vote again, and if you can, go ahead and do so.

What happens if corrections were not made? Both of my entries fall in the error time.

I have one account entry that shows as having one blank guild winning and lists no other guilds.

The second account entry I have shows that 64 guilds are entered (dupes of the original 32).

In the future, I would recommend posting a message that there is a problem on the log in screen so players know to go and fix their entries. I personally don't live on the forums so I had no clue that my entries were messed up until this morning when I checked them.

I was in the exact same boat, and sent A-Net a ticket that they never responded too. Looks like I'm outta luck.

As you can see from when I posted, I had problems since Thursday and it wasn't fixed on Friday either. I didn't have a chance to check on Friday night or Saturday morning. I also wished I saw a message somewhere on the main site much earlier instead of finding this thread right now over here. It was fixed when I checked on Sunday, but obviously it was too late to re-submit.

But I don't see how it matters.

Well I guess entering gw account name should be more visible...I thought it is just changing the vote account name, not entering your winning ingame account. At least a bigger button or some thing like that. Guessing position was easy task compared to finding the hidden entries :0
